The content on this site is general information about our DISP, IRAP and security advisory services. It is not advice for your specific circumstances. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Our role
Acqsus provides readiness, advisory and coordination services. Where a formal IRAP assessment is required, it is performed by an assessor endorsed by the Australian Signals Directorate, whom we coordinate. We do not hold IRAP assessor accreditation, and we do not represent that we do.
Intellectual property
The content, design and marks on this site belong to Acqsus or our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. Any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
